Are there more gay women than gay men? Why? (other than women are naturally more gorgeous of course.)

It would appear that there are more gay men than women when you look at the media world or (obviously) when you have drink in a gay part of the city or whatever. In my real, every-day life however, I find that most women (compared with VERY few men) will admit to being sexually attracted to the same sex (not that I go round hassling people about it with a clip board or anything). Statistically though, I havn't got a clue. Why? Erm, I don't know, perhaps Freud was right? Deep down we're all gay. I think I'd be more inclined to agree with your philosophy though -women ARE naturally more gorgeous than men.

Monkey69 you have a seed of misogyny! Pityful! Hetero men heavily outnumber gay men so with yourkind of logic, it just is the case, women are naturally more gorgeus! (Actually it is a matter of SEXUAL PREFERENCE what is gorgeus, not some exact physical trait) Why there is more gays than lesbians? I think male sexdrive, culture, the roles and emotional pressures makes it that way! 'Normally' sexual preference for both sexes is the opposite sex, unless, something happens within the MIND.. there is genitals and their meaning to prove it. Btw, That doesn't mean it's wrong to be gay.. I don't mean that but you are just little bit foolish. Ps. Sex is as you make it.

personally, i have never met a gay woman. all the gays i've met were guys. maybe i met a gay woman and i didn't realise of course! i dunno :/
