You can't get much better than Photoshop, and I use it often.

I use Picture Project. It came free with my camera so it's pretty good....for something that was free

I use HP photosmart, which is great if you just want to resize, crop and change colours, add flash etc, but not great if you want to really edit and move people into different photos etc. Wish I had photoshop.

I wish I could afford Photoshop for my Mac. Even on ebay it is outrageous. I love it, and had it for my older Mac, but once I went to a new Imac 5.0 wasn't available for it anymore. So sad.

I use the entire adobe creative suite, though sometimes I also use some open-source graphics programs like GIMP and InkScape.

I use several programs as I restore and enhance a lot of photos. 1. Ulead photo express 2. Photo Max Pro 3. Photo Impact 5 4. Photo Impression 4 5. Adobe photo shop
