It won't won't stop them entirely, but I would start by not answering any calls from blocked numbers and not responding to text messages from people you don't know.Discouragement is a very helpful tool.

nope, cause i had it, the best thing you can do is save your money and go with Verizon's prepaid service INpulse with them you have free to any verizon customer and its free to everybody after 9:02 they do take 99 cents a day but trust me you will like this more. =)
