  • Try this...Get a glass of hot (but not boiling) water and fill it with a LOT of salt, at least two or three tablespoons. Mix it in and then gargle like your life depends upon it. Trust me, the salt works on your gums to relieve the inflammation-once you get over the unusual sensation you'll thank me. Let me know if it works! (Fellow gum-ache sufferer)
