Which MS Sql version stable for vista? i Have tried SQL 2000 & SQL 2005 but nither successfully setup.

none :P Are you trying to setup a home server? I suggest using something more secure like linux or unix, or even a mac for that matter. Although it takes a little more know-how you wont have to deal with all the m$ bs and better yet... its all FREE!!!
