Absolutely. Went through at stage in which everything fell apart, got divorced and everything I expected in life just wasn't the way I imagined. So, then I saw the light and that was to just let go of everything you believed in, relax and enjoy the ride. It really works!!

Oh yes! It leaves you free to concentrate on the "Real" things of importance, like loving your family, appreciating friends and enjoying sunshine.

Yes. Sometimes things just ARE. It doesn't matter what you think feel whatever. Sometimes the decision needs to be made more than the decision needs to be right. "So what" is very freeing....when you realize that you've been obsessing over something that doesn't matter either way.

Yes. It is a very freeing experience. I've learned to get rid of some hang-ups and I wish I knew how to get rid of some more. As you said, certain things deserve that attitude, mainly the ones that have a negative effect on you.
