  • This is a totally off the cuff response from common sense, so take it as such. If there was not a judgment against you in court, (i.e. you were just served the papers saying that you were being evicted, but you have not actually gone before a judge), then there is no reason for it to be on your record. There might still be records of the court for the case, but no judgments.
