The Incredible Hulk is the most powerful and 2nd is the Mighty Thor and the least powerful is Captain America after Spiderman.

What people aren't remembering is that the silver surfer has some of galactus' power and as said on many sites galactus is the most powerful being in all the cosmos, so therefore I assume the silver surfer would be the most powerful superhero. Another few to contend with would definitely be Thor (hes a god for christs' sake), Ironman, and Dr. Strange. The Hulk is a good one but from what I've read about the Hulk (and don't get me wrong I like him) the Hulk seems to be a villain more times than a hero. If you're talking about war Captain America hands down because he is said to be one of the greatest tactical minds in the world. As for Namor, last I checked there haven't been many banks being robbed underwater as of late so I don't think hes all that important.
