That depends on what the mistake was. Nobody is perfect and even when you do your best sometimes bad things happen. I would feel very bad for that person. Imagine how he must feel knowing that b/c of his mistake people died.

Take away his slide rule and give him a gold watch!

There needs to be an investigation, a technical evaluation and mean time the constructors should have their license suspended. If the results are that a there has been serious miscalculations or that the construction materials were degraded for profit then they should be charged and sued.

I don't know but it was scary when it fell. Because I was on it the day before it fell.
