Why can't men be happy with a woman who just has the beauty within? Some women aren't beautiful, but are beautiful inside.

If you look around you, you'll see that there are plenty of unattractive women with husbands/boyfriends. I do think that men fall in love with their eyes first though. They just need to look beyond the facade to discover inner beauty.

I totally agree. My wife and i have been married for 41 years. my wife was a model, when we met. she was a knockout. as the years have passed, we both are aging, gracefully. I was lucky. i married a woman that was as beautiful inside as outside. Looks are not everything. as time passes, the human body slowly goes into the older age mode. the looks fade, the hair thins, and we need help, sometimes, just to go to the bathroom. Guess what never changes? ........its whats inside. Keep being beautiful inside. mr. right will come along when you least expect it.

Some can, I am one of those people. I'm not one to judge upon looks, I do like ladies with good looks, but that is not all that matters. A personality is one of the things that I look for first in a girl. I love a woman that has a great one.

its like this - for first attraction u need looks, then once that is over, for second attraction u need personality, add them together u get love. if theyre looks changed, like by an accident for example, my love would still be there no matter.

Speak for yourself. I never have been am not now nor probably ever will be someone who puts an emphasis on outer beauty. Before I make any judgement I get to know the person first and if I like their inner qualities what is outside becomes that much more appealing to me.

It is difficult to appreciate the beauty that radiates from within a woman. My bride of three years is a middle aged woman who is very pretty, to me. But I am sure that others might not see her as a "BABE." But, she is so beautiful, to me. She radiates such warmth from her smile. She's everthing I hoped for. She's everything to me!" Men are attracted to the looks of a woman but it is the other 95% of her that you have to live with and will be stuck with for the next 95 years. She might be high maintenance and need tons of cosmetics, shoes, clothes, hats, medications, lotions, potions, etc. She might be the kind that talks on the phone day and night, or gets caught-up in soap operas and reality TV. But, you have to live with that, as well as her beauty. You also have to live with the fact that, as a scantly clad beauty, several other men are feasting on the parade she is putting on. "I want a girl, just like the girl, who married dear ol'dad!" She is more stable, loving, understanding and easier to live with!
