How long does it take Florida to issue you your concealed weapons permit once all the paperwork has been submitted, fingerprints electronically, $, pictures, etc.?

Processing may take longer than 90 days if additional information regarding criminal records must be obtained." I'm pretty sure that your fingerprints will be added to the AFIS system ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automated_Fingerprint_Identification_System ) In NY it takes between 4 and 6 months for the background checks and costs appx $350 for the application fees / fingerprinting / background checks.
