Hmm. Well this is a sore subject for me, because <drum roll> I confess...I have never lit a match in my entire life. My friends have bribed, cajoled and blackmailed me, but still, I find the prospect of dubious photos and videos making it onto YouTube far less scary than the prospect of lighting that little stick of terror. I don't mind playing with unlit matches though. Or sharp knives.

I used to. If you put two match heads together and tightly (but not too tightly) wrap some foil around both of them, stick it into the ground and then light them with another match, it'll burn through the foil and the top match will fire off into the air. We used to have competitions who's could go the furthest. DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME, KIDS! : )

Yes I do when I go camping I like to light matches and throw them into the fire, it is great fun!!!! One of the highlights of camping out of doors!!!
