Should you use a different detergent on your babies clothes than your own, or is normal Tide ok on everything?

That depends on your baby. My daughter did not have sensitive skin and I could use the same detergent on her clothes as I did on mine. But my granddaughter has very sensitive skin and my daughter had to try several different detergents until she found one that didn't irritate her daughter's skin. Plus my daughter has to do a double rinse on her daughter's clothes.

It was recommended that we use a milder detergent on my daughters clothes than we use on ours. We use Dreft for the baby and Tide for the rest of us.

I use the same for everything, but he doesn't have sensitive skin. If he did I'd use something milder

I always used Tide. If your child has sensitive skin, then Dreft is usually recommended.

I always use natural brands that can only be bought at health food stores.I never use Tide or other detergents that are unhealthy and cause endless skin problems because of harsh chemicals.
