I think it's ridiculous. And I for one would never be attracted to a man who wore clothes like that. It's just weird. What happened to being responsible, presentable, funny, smart, decent; qualities like that are far more attractive in a man than platform shoes and a fuzzy top hat.

I think I wish he would try to pick me up in front of an audience. It's no big surprise to me that a man who goes to a club can get a woman. And that a truly charming man, even one who looks ridiculous, can get a harder-to-get, beautiful woman. But a woman at a club is there looking to have fun and, likely, check out the dating scene. Can he come to Starbucks and hit on me while I'm reading? Not successfully, and I doubt I'm the only one.
