Bidá3 is a term that implies that a deed or belief is an innovation into Islam from a foreign anti Islamic origin. The Fear is that these deed that are in fact Bida3 will lead one astray and ultimately to the fire (Hell). The use of the internet,TV,Radio,MP3, Prayer beeds, unshaven face for a man, the wearing of Majority European Style clothing, and many other aspects of our daily, social and political lives can be considered by some extremist as bida3 if you hold to that very strict point of view. The question of course is whether these things though forms of innovation alien to Islam are indeed leading mankind astray (in General) and to the fire of Hell.??? Therefore, for example though the Prophet Muhammad pbuh was able to speak some Ethiopian language he gave his sermons in Arabic, despite Ethiopian, Roman or Persian followers. Therefore it remains customary that prayers and sermons be done in Arabic but it also remains perfectly acceptable and in fact recomended that sermons be translated into English, Chinese, French or whatever is the language of the believers. So whether or not you consider it a bida3 to give a Sermon in English for example obviously it will not lead one astray nor will it lead one to the hell fire. If you give the Sermon with foul language and offensive gestures that is a different matter. In closing it is traditional in Islam to decorate places of prayer with Quranic calligrahy. If the meaning are available in your native tongue that serves to assure you and others will be mindful of its message. As for the scholars sayings as long as it is true, helpful and will not be deemed by some as offensive or hateful then I do not see why not post them. There are some who would probably say that your question is bida3 and my answer is bida3 and Answerbag is bida3 and every star in the sky is bida3 and they never seem to end, and personally I do not pay attention to these extremist views. I hope that this was a helpful response to you. :-)

You should not have to decorate rooms with Qur'anic verses and islamic reminders. These verses and reminders could actually take up your thoughts that should be devoted to Allah.
