  • In England a zip code is called a postcode and if you have this on the letter there's a very good chance it will reach it's destination . I know you're not in England but they will still work on the same principles. A machine will read the code and it will go to the delivery that delivers that mail. Postman are very clued up when it comes to things like that. I could get my delivery ready just by the surnames of my customers.
  • Yes, it should still get there. Postal machines read the address, but the ZIP code is the main indicator of where to send it. Once it gets to Phoenix (or St. Phoenix as your letter said) they will probably figure out that it is Help St.
