You seem to have a problem with the main board or something attached to it. Disconnect everything on the main board except for the display series and try to boot. If it doesn't boot, change the vid card and try again. If it still won't come up, then the trouble is isolated to the mainboard and any related RAM still on board. However, when this happens to me, I use it to justify an upgrade and take the PC in for service.
