Love your neighbor as you love yourself and do to others as you would want them to do to you.

Sweeter = throw sugar at everybody ;-) Seriously: just be kind to all, perform random good deeds, help out whenever you can, volunteer for good causes, give your time, be good!

Be that way yourself. Goodness spreads faster than evil, because it's the way things are meant to be. A simple smile is contagious and goes a long way!

If someone is kind to you, you in turn can help others feel better and the the cycle can keep spinning hopefully uncontrollably and then everyone feels better.
