Without knowing who his parents are or what they are like, it's really difficult to say if there is anything specific you should know beforehand. As well, is there something specific you want to know about Mormonism in advance of meeting them?

Not really. Just be careful on the subjects you decide to talk about. If you’re a member I can’t see there being a problem as you already know how to act and talk. So just have fun and enjoy the experience.

My boyfriend is Mormon and I am not, so when I met his parents for the first time I was very nervious, and I didn't know how to act. After I met them I realized that they aren't that much different than my family. I guess the only advice that I could give would be don't curse! and just be aware that they say grace before their meals. but most of all just be yourself, your boyfriend like you for you, so there isn't any reason why his parents won't.

Most mormons will be understanding and patient with you, and in a few cases where they will not, the mormon you are dating should forewarn you. There are a few, a prejudaced few, who believe that their daughters should only marry return missionaries and their sons should marry perfect mormon girls. And if you were to meet that sort of person, nothing you'll ever do will be good enough for them for many years to come. Eventually they'll accept it though, but it'll take time, and your relationship may be rocky until you get there. But as I said, those are a rare sort, so if your boyfriend hasn't warned you, then it should be fine.
