  • Your sore because you're not used to that amount of physical activity. Depending on your body is, it should be able to heal itself (not be sore) quickly. If your not in great shape it'll take longer. Best thing you can do is get those heat pads or something like icy hot and put that where it hurts and take some bayer before you go to bed. If your consistent with the exercise, you'll get used to it and you won't get as sore as much.
