just tell him honestly that you're not attracted and that it really bugs you that he does this. if he keeps doing it, just don't talk to him.

Just tell him every thing clearly.Thats the only thing you can do avoiding him wont help as he may take things the other way and hit more upon you.

There's no need to intentionally hurt his feelings, he's just responding to nature. Be a friend, but draw a very clear and distinct line. As he is inexperienced, he may try some clumsy move on you, don't respond violently but let him know that it is not to be repeated. Introduce him to girls his own age that he might like and let him know the difference, that you are off limits and the other girls are fair game should they choose to be, but he needs to respect them and treat them as ladies. Give him plenty of practice showing you respect, and he'll appreciate you for it later. It's a tough job being young, dumb, and full of sperm, but it's no reason to beat him up. Act like the goddess that he thinks you are, just make sure he knows his admiration can go only so far with you.

Just tell him that you don't have romantic feelings for him. There's no reason to be hurtful, but there is also no reason to leave a false impression or reason for hope. That can also be very painful.

Tell him he only stands a chance with you if he pisses in his pants right now. That should end that.

He is giving you a compliment, albeit back-handed. Thank him. Tell him you're flattered. And walk away. If he's persistent you can tell him you wish you could return his feelings but you don't.
