Question

My Toshiba CF3072B television has several horizontal white lines at the top of the screen. The picture will dim down or go blank. The sound keeps working, and if you bump the screen with your hand it will come back on. Is it worth fixing?

yeah well that depends on how old it is and how good the puicture is when its working corectly....the problem is morelikely solder connections on the vertical drive ic the lines at the top are caused by a weak capacitor that is responsible for pushing the vertical scan past the top of the picture during retrace....will run you about 100.00 to 150.00 to repair
