Yeah, it was not really a prank, but I was looking the other way and my brother poured a bottle of ice cold water down my back. It was very very cold.

When I was in college living in the dorms, I had a friend who can do a really really good voice impersonation of my professor. This friend called me pretending to be my professor, and I totally fell for it! He told me that my assignment was not acceptable, it was the worst thing anyone has ever turned in, how he's really disappointed in me, etc.etc., he almost had me in tears!

Yes. Not too often nor too harshly. My favourite was the plain clear gelatin in the toilet bowl ... it looks like regular toilet water, but pee just bounces off and splashes all over the floor and the feet.
