Yes you can lose weight just because of the fat reduction and exersise

honest answer: Not much! Lean cuisine is low/med. fat, but they're FULL OF SALT!!! If your blood pressure doesn't go thru the roof, the water retention will make you hold 7 lbs. of water weight! not healthy. The fruit n yogurt's fine, but you have to eat real food. Chicken, fish, tuna, veggies... Believe me, you'll lose quick, but you can't do it on tv dinners, lowfat or not... Good luck.

why 6 lean cuisine? 6 of those = 1360 calories. How much yoghurt? Sweetened or unsweetened? how much fruit? Why lean cuisine and not just a healthy meal which you have prepared yourself using wholesome ingredients?

u dont need 6 lean cuisines. just make some fruit smoothies with yogurt and fruit and orange juice, and replace one meal with special K, and another meal, just eat lots of veggies and less meats.

I don't care about the weight loss but more concerned about your eating 6 lean cuisenes a day. Sounds awfully unhealthy. With that number of calories and that amount of exercise you should loose weight. But please replace those 1350 calories of lean cuisenes with healthy food like salads, fruits and vegetables, lean protein, fish, nuts and seeds, whole grains and such.

If you keep your caloric intake at about 1400 for a female and 1600 for a male you would probably average around 3 lbs a week 5-7 the first week. This is the healthiest amount you could lose without compromising muscle tone. I would go with salad over fruits. A handful of salad has a bout 15 calories without dressing. You would also feel very full by having salad with vinagrette throught the day.

please do not have 6 lean cuisines a day. that would equal 1350 calories alone. and it wouldn't be healthy, really. eat a variety of healthy food, and exercise often, like you said you would. stick with it, don't give up, and you'll be on your way to a healthier you.
