Don't you think it's silly when there are 11 answers to a question and you have ti got to another page just to see one more answer?

No. Just a little annoying. That's life! Somewhere, there must be a limit. On the other hand, the first page has 10 answers on it, in this case: this is much! Another solution would not necessarily be better. For instance you could say: "Between 11-12 answers, 8 on the 1st page, the rest on the 2nd page". But some people could say: "I only want to see the first 10 answers, and it annoys me to have to go to the next page to see the last 2 answers!"
