    Khrap is a polite sound added to the end of sentences. It is the verbal equivalent of a slight bow.

    If you're looking for funny phrases, depending on your audience, here are some possibilities.

    If you want to make a Thai person smile you can say: "Baw Pen Yang" - this means "no problem" in the eastern and northern countrysides.

    If you want to make a Thai person laugh at you, you can say "Chan Pen Kwai." It means, "I am a buffalo"
