If it was a legally binding document and that he could be tried and imprisoned for perjury if he didn't, I would do it in a second.

i dont trust our president or his crooked schemes concocted by cheney. so no go, and we as americans should not have to pay for someone else mistakes (though we already have immensely).

No, because we should never give money to politics. My son went to Irac, got shot and still serving the Army... I whish he never go there, I was lucky to have him back.
