Absolutely. As a young, YOUNG child, I remember having very intimate, detailed, VERY sexual dreams in which I was actually having intercourse. I'd never had it before (I was younger than 6) but somehow the feelings came on strong. Whether that's good or bad, I'm not sure. But I had them and it worked. I guess watching movies payed off... heh.

If by sex dream, you meant going through the motions of a sexual act as seen in a porn film, I think yes. We can visualise ourselves doing stuff but it can be devoid of any real sensation. But to the extent in which a sexual touch blows our mind, like the first time, you kiss a boy you like, or the 2nd time you kiss a new boyfriend, I doubt you can experience that in a dream. Your mind just cant comprehend it (I think). In my experience, my dreams were only as amazing as my real life experiences. Sometimes more fantastical, yes, but none of the sensations or the emotions following from it came out of the blue:)
