  • Everytime you think of it, try to think of something else that makes you laugh. This is a neuro-programming skill that a lot of therapists use. You want to connect the bad image with something else that you find pleasing, and habituate yourself so that when you think of the bad image, the good image pops up almost immediately.
  • Take out a twenty dollar bill and set it on fire..the cost of something new to think about.
