sounds evil, but I'm gonna assume that you're work is 9-5. If I'm wrong sorry but thats most general hours. wake up at 6 AM and write for a hour or two. Childcare can normally be ignored at this time in the summer with no school at 7-8 You're children should be getting up, take care of them and do whatever you normally do (no idea here) until you go to work getting home around 5:30-6 depending on you're commute time to work, you then make dinner/other house hold duties while taking care of the kids till they have to go to sleep (I'm judging on the fact that none of them are old enough to watch and take care of the others, if so then you can have them watch the kids for a little while) Once the kids are asleep/taken care of (I'm going to say 10 PM or so) you have enough time to excerise (you would be amazed at what you can do at you're own home with just a few simple machines that cost almost nothing) until maybe 11 when you can go to sleep, allowing for 7 hours. That would be how I would arrange it at least, however there are of course variables, so you would be better to design you're own daytime structure since only you know all the facts.
