Probably all my desktop PCs I've been assembling my own for over 20 years. I've only purchase 2 PCs, both laptops.

Building a house from scratch, only using sub-contractors for the roof tiling.

A bed for the cat. It consisted of cutting the front of a cardboard box off.

I've restored two homes: an 1890s Queen Anne and a 1911 Arts & Crafts style. With the exception of the licensed work (plumbing, electrical, etc.) I did the majority of work myself over 5 years.
