Both, but quite often the nicest meat is from a local butcher, the kind that isn't a chain store, and hand make their own sausages. x

mostly from the supermarket but sometimes i go to the butchers.

I mostly go to the butcher, but sometimes he can't beat the loss leaders at the supermarket. So, my answer is that I buy from both sources.

i guess i am not sure i find that the meat which i must have bought from my local butcher tastes better for me when i cook. i guess it reminds me of my butcher who always has a smiling face and greets us accordingly.
