They're made out of people.... No wait, that is Solent Green. Jack in the box Tacos contain beef and beef by products (what ever that may be ;)) there was an urban myth out there that JitB used soy, and other "interesting" foods (like ostrich meats) however those are myths. http://www.massrecipes.com/recipes/03/08/jackintheboxtaco213358.html for a recipe you might find interesting.
