I am a female and I know that when a woman has a baby her vagina has stretched to accommodate the birth of the child. I was very fortunate when I had my daughter. The doctor 'tightened' me up in preparation for sex with my husband so there would be no looseness. BUT - women can exercise their 'keigel' muscle in order to do the same thing. It's like stopping your urine flow. It can be practiced while a woman is sitting or lying down. Continued pratice will tighten these muscles so that when the penis is inserted the surrounding muscle (wall) will grip and hold tightly.

Paula122452, I agree with you. The difference was noticeable only for the first week or so. After that, as her vaginal muscles began to regain their tonicity, it was like before, or better. She did the kiegels (kugels? sp?) regularly, and got to where she could break an egg with her vagina.
