Why did they stop making packets of cool blue kool-aid?

I believe the name of it was Berry Blue and I think it was because some kid drank window cleaner thinking it was Kool-Aid and it turned into a big law suit and the mother won a huge amount. SO they stopped selling. Though they do have that flavor in Jello still. I guess they aren't afraid of kids confusing window cleaner with Jello :-)
