An overload of cases, especially those that need not be in the courts. Recently I had to go through the whole system over my son's first fight in school where nobody was hurt and it was over cutting in the lunch line. There used to be a time when the school would handle things, now the public schools especially have no ability to handle even simple things. The courts should be handling actual crimes and not petty crap that could easily be handled in the schools.

its really insane the things that they try and charge kids with today! my friends daughter skipped school and was arrested and called 'unruly', and was sentenced 3 months in juveile detention center! it was her first offense! Its not like shes a criminal! and the society needs protection from her! no wonder why these kids are going crazy and commiting sucide, its really sad.
