At what room temperature, do you justify putting the heating on?

if im cold I put the heater on, when it works Im right about to start putting a fire in my house as my gas heater is broken and the goodie goodie sell outs decided natural gas is longer available for people to heat their houses with. As they dont sell gas heaters here any more. Pity everything in my house is gas stove and hot water, how long until they turn the gas off who knows . less than 17 degree c is cold

★Stevo my house doesn't have a chimney that a wood fire will work with I just brought a pipe for a flue for fire in back room or course they didn't have it until tomorrow. Im trying to recycle an early 1900's wood heater, the pipe for the flue has cost more than a cheapie with flue from bunnings all ready. it will take me all day to make it yet. I'm going to put a reverse cycle spilt in bedroom and worry about another fire in lounge next year.
