They do, every time the ragers get caught at it. There just aren't enough cops to catch them all though. 1/23/26

The question reminds me of a television program called Caught on Dashcam where there are accidents on the road and people with road rage. Quite often, those with road rage are in trouble with the law if they are seen on camera.
