Call. Confirm they received it and ask if they can tell you when to expect a response. If they can give you a name and a status of its review, even better. Don't be afraid to be active in the matter, and it will help you establish a familiarity and dialogue with the company, and give you a chance to determine for yourself if you really want to be employed by them. If you get a brush-off or a non-response, act accordingly.
