I'm with you on not wanting to see anybody leave Answerbag because they feel they are being hounded by other users. Another user is currently being hounded by an idiot and may well follow in Auntie Em's footsteps. People who use this site to make personal attacks on others should have no place on the site and, at the first sign of a personal attack being made the account should be summarily closed. It seems to me to be ridiculous that an account can be temporarily closed because the avatar shows a naked breast hardly visible without a magnifying glass, yet other accounts set up with the specific intent of causing upset and harm are left alone.

This type of thing happens . I was off site for over a month because of people following my questions about and attacking me on profile and comment threads. Since it was only a couple of weeks after I had buried my husband I can assure you I was emotionally vulnerable and it was pretty upsetting. People need to find out the full facts of a situation before attacking anyone. Personal attacks should be dealt with harshly. Breasts are pretty common things I saw nothing offensive in the avatar. I do not know the facts of this situation it is just very sad.

AB is not the same without any of the members. It's all the members that make AB so special. If people leave we have to respect their reasons and respect their privacy... not make big dramatic conquests to get them back.
