I would rather be a leader because I do my own thing and I don’t like to follow others. I don’t like being told what to do so I would rather be in a position in which I'm the one who can give orders if it is part of a job for instance. I like to make suggestions for changes and improvements so being involved with brainstorming would be suitable for me. I see equality and fairness in people so I don’t see myself as superior. Some leaders think they are superior because the thought of leading goes all the way to their head becoming arrogant and condescending. Unlike those people, I allow others to be their own person and to tolerate differences.
