• No. The only way to lose weight is to consume fewer calories than you burn. You can't shortcut your way through a fad diet - it takes effort on your part.

  • If carbs such as rice, bread, pastas increases your weight..then cut out 75% of the carbs. If you're already eating rice, don't eat pasta. If you already eating pasta, don't eat breads. Keep your carb intake by 2 tablespoons.

  • Nutrisystem is a proven weight loss program. One of my cousins lost around 100 pounds using it. It is expensive however, and once he went off of their foods, he gained much of that weight back. We can all mimic the Nutrisystem's plan buy modifying how we purchase and consume the foods we eat. THe biggest factor is eat less, and eat healthier.
