Since I'm only allowed 3 ounce portions, I usually microwave mine with some tomatoes, onions, garlic and then serve with a large salad.

Chicken should either be fried or roasted. And the steak grilled to almost, but not quite medium rare. I like to hear some mooing when I cut into it.

Cooked. No really. I don't think I refer one way over another. But I do prefer it to be part of the meal or dish as opposed to just a big hunk of something on my plate, Though I do love BBQ or more precisely Smoked, not just grilled. I like meats used as an ingredient.

Chicken Roasted, white meat only Beef as a joint of meat Roasted. As steak medium rare. Pork roasted Bacon-Grilled I am not keen on lamb Venison or veal Steaks ,Grilled or roasted.
