Linda JoyYou can cardio solitary and indoors. You can do it with calisthenics, a youtube video, wii, a treadmill, or even jogging in place! IMO most weightlifting is for show, not strength or health. Every time I see bulk muscle I question their endurance. But then, most women aren't going for bulk muscle for themselves.
