I do the first inhale and I'm good for the rest of the day.

You must have big lungs LOL
  • Yoga means "to yoke," (union), do you even know what you are yoking with? Yoga was always a spiritual practice pertaining to the Hindu religion, and so Hindu gods, it still is.

I disagree. By the same logic, Christmas, being based on yuletide traditions, is pagan.

Yoga is a Hindu spiritual exercise, Christmas is the Roman Saturnalia.
  • The non existent kind
  • I tried yoga once. It made me dizzy and I almost fell over. I took it as a sign I probably shouldn't do yoga. Later I learned that it is a religion worshiping false gods. I still don't do yoga. I do better with aerobics or Tae Bo. I like a more upbeat tempo. I'd rather be sweatin' to the oldies with Richard Simmons than do yoga!

It made me fart, thankfully it was an all women class. But yes it wasn't until later I learned that was a way of yoking oneself to the Hindu gods, normally Shiva.
