I like to get on AB when I am down. Usually someone entertaining is on here to cheer me up. If I am unable to get to a computer than I eat something or read a book.

Eat chocolate... but I guess it's not really a smart thing to do, since it's not physically got for you (in large amounts) or go for a run.

I visit my grandparents and listen to their old stories, it helps more than I know how to put into words - I leave feeling really really really good.

I meditate thats what helps me the most but sometimes i write about it and it helps a lot too.

Usually I'll call up someone, a friend. If no one is available, I'll watch a comedy. Or I'll go for a run.
