If you think that Utena was demented, it's nothing compared to Evangelion when it comes to incest. Let's see: 1) Man makes girl out of what's left of part of his wife's corpse, and seems to fall in love with her even though she's under age. 2) Man makes living robot out of the other part of his wife and has his son operate the robot inside living fluid/tissue. Robot eventually tries to absorb son. 3) Son also has a thing for mother/sister clone. And that's just for starters . . .

Elfen Lied, Puni Puni Poemy, Excel Saga, Utena sounds bad, I have not seen it myself. Hellsing ain't that bad, neither is Evangelion, though they definately have their moments. Paranoia Agent is up there.
