How can I persuade my wife that I am totally OK with her to start dating other men?

I am in a very difficult situation, I love my wife and absolutely do NOT ever want to divorce or leave her, but I honestly feel horrible guilt that I am not able to give her the attention she needs and deserves. I am a neglectful minded workaholic, I won't ever change that, I honestly wish she would find a romantic lover and be happy and satisfied with her life again.
