  • That's up to God. We should never presume to know the mind of God because He is greater than and beyond all things. I believe God is unlimited. There's no room for narrow-mindedness when ultimate power is given to God. HE is capable of the ultimate forgiveness because HE is God! Not even Michael the Archangel would condemn Satan. Only God has the right to judge Satan.
  • According to my religion, Satan has committed the one absolutely unpardonable sin; he has rebelled against God and the Savior while having a sure knowledge of just who they are. That is, he has committed blasphemy against the Holy ghost. In doing so, he has placed himself beyond redemption. *************** "PUGWASHJW: Incorrect. Only that the holy spirit, not ghost, is God's power, not a 'person'." Although I disagree with you on this point, what has that got to do with this question or answer?
  • The church would go nuts because without Satan there would be no need for a god. You can not have God without Satan.
  • A belated answer here. When Jesus was being tempted by Satan and offered all the Kingdoms of the world for one single act of worship, Jesus stated clearly..Matthew 4; 5-11... 5 Then the Devil took him along into the holy city, and he stationed him upon the battlement of the temple 6 and said to him: “If you are a son of God, hurl yourself down; for it is written, ‘He will give his angels a charge concerning you, and they will carry you on their hands, that you may at no time strike your foot against a stone.’” 7 Jesus said to him: “Again it is written, ‘You must not put Jehovah your God to the test.’” 8 Again the Devil took him along to an unusually high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory, 9 and he said to him: “All these things I will give you if you fall down and do an act of worship to me.” 10 Then Jesus said to him: “Go away, Satan! For it is written, ‘It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.’” 11 Then the Devil left him, and, look! angels came and began to minister to him. Stan would not, could not do this if Jesus was God, Satan, although very powerful, is still ONLY a fallen angel. God is supreme. And later, Revelation states that Michael [ Jesus] evicted Satan from heaven, along with all Satan's angels, to the vicinity of the earth. This shows that Jesus is more powerful than Satan, as well. [Rev. 12;7-9 & 12}
  • Its not in Gods plan and it would not happen.I know how the bible ends!
  • IT is not within satan's power to turn good. Just like it is not within your power to turn good. Only through the Power of the Holy Spirit of GOD, can one turn good. But Satan's fate is already written, and it will not be turned back.
  • That wouldn't happen. But if IF, Satan would one day repent, sicerely, completly surrender, God would forgive him. But the Bible says that will not happen, and God does not lie. Do not trouble your self with these questions. Here is a example, Judas sinned against Jesus, and immediatly God allowed Judas to be consumed by satan and his followers. Judas committed suicide because he feared God, and could not handlesatan. However, had Judas repented, fully repented, with surrender, and commitment, Jesus woul of had mercy, and Jesus' mercy would allow Judas a second chance. I hope that answers the question. And don't get me wrong, satan will not be allowed in heaven because it is written.
  • Satan would never turn back to god, because god made him for a purpose... And even if satan did decide to turn good and god did forgive him, he would probably turn his back on god again when he see's things arnt run the way he wants them too..
  • God would never forgive satan... then who would god use for everyone's boogey man?
  • I think that there comes a time when all creatures, including Satan, go too far and cannot, anymore, repent. Jesus talks about this when He speaks of the "sin against the Holy Spirit". That appears to be when a creature attributes the works of God to Satan and vice versa. Satan has long ago reached the point of no return. That is why his end has been spoken of. God, who knows the end from the beginning, knows, sadly, that his creature will not repent.
  • actually satan needs to demand god's forgivness for being such a jackass to him. (I really dont believe in either, but this is my point of view) Respect it as such.
  • I'll check to see if his fingers were crossed.
  • Yeah, that would be great. It would be like the Communists giving their people the right to free elections...ROFL!
  • Nothing.....neither of them exist!
  • Actually, Satan is not necessary. Satan is just the impersonation of Evil, but Evil does not need an impersonation. By the way, God is often supposed to be the impersonation of Good, and Good does not need an impersonation either. But actually, it is a little more complicated, because God is supposed to be everything. Okay, it is not really traditional Christian theology...
