As anyone here never ever tried illegal drugs? people find it hard to believe and think im lieing when i really havnt

I never have, and I don't plan on doing it either. I don't see the point in meddling with substances that will both land me in jail and potentially kill me... (Marijuana won't kill me, but it's illegal so I'm not going to touch it) It says quite a bit about the other people if they don't trust that you have more self control than that : P Clearly 'they' have used them, and they are therefore criminals... lol

Yes I have when I was younger.Most drugs have a come down or negative side effects.You stick to what you believe and don't let them grind you down.

Twhupfold says it great. I never have either, never wanted to, never even wanted to get drunk. I find the idea sordid and feel a revulsion toward it. I don't understand why people do - surely not that many people have a life so painful they need to drink or do drugs to get away from it? I drink about 1/2 tsp of wine a year from my wife's glass at the Christmas party just to make sure I still hate it.

i'm a former drug user and current drinker so i know ur q doesnt apply to me, i'd just say i think its great that u stick with ur guns and u make decisions 4 urself

I've never even had the craving for this. I've been offered a few times, but I truthfully don't get the point of it. If I want to have a good time, I want to at least be able to remember it the next day.

Yes mushrooms and marijuana. I don't find it hard to believe you haven't though. Something like 1/3 of Americans have tried marijuana. A lot of people don't ever get curious and feel no need to try them. If you're happy just the way you are then thats great.

Don't let anyone make you feel strange or guilty because you have never tried illegal drugs. I am forty years old and I have never even had the desire to try coffee, let alone anything that might alter my perception of reality whether legal or illegal.

Yes, and I definately regret it.....my father passed away from an overdose (if anyone else has read about his death being a murder, that is also true....he was taking one medication, and she was putting the other one in his food, because she knew the reaction of the mixture)

i don't find it hard to believe you havent. many people just don't feel the need to try it or are against it and that's cool. i have and it's really not a big deal.

I am 10 yrs clean from street drugs. My brother & his wife are alcoholics & their kids will NEVER try drugs because they don't want to turn out like their parents. I have a great admiration for those who say NO!!! It only leads to bad things...jails, institutions, or death. Don't feel bad. Besides, what do you care what other ppl think? As logn as you know what the truth is, screw everyone else. They are probably the one's that have tried them & think that since they, & many others have tried them, everyone is like that. Good for you!!!
